New Students

Hello, and welcome to the Oxford University Athletic Club! We are the oldest and one of the most successful athletics clubs in the world, having been founded on the 15th of November 1860. Our athletes have broken 22 world records and won 26 Olympic medals.

We now train at the Iffley Road Sports Centre, on the historic Roger Bannister Running Track, home of the 4-minute mile. OUAC caters for all levels of athletics, and everyone is welcome to come and train with us. We provide a training set-up and support network that caters for all athletes, from beginners to those competing at the highest level. Regardless of your previous athletics experience, if you would like to get involved, please do get in touch. We'd love for you to join our team and be part of the next generation of Oxford athletics.
