For inclusion in the list:
- an athlete must have been eligible to compete in the Varsity Match for the academic year concerned but not necessarily achieved the mark while representing OUAC. For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility extends until the end of September.
- meeting must be licensed by UKA or another recognised national / international body
- mark must also align to the UKA rules for wind speed where appropriate (windy times are not included).
Imperial distances futher than 100 yards are recognised when the yard time is quicker than the metric time. This given that yard races are all longer than the metric equivalent (e.g. 220y is futher than 200m). Converted yard to metric times are given in brackets for reference.
